Ways of Dispatch

For your shipments we cooperate with: Courier Center, ACS & BoxNow

1. Analysis of charges

i) For orders up to 49€ and weight up to 4 kg:

a) Courier Center:

Shipping cost: 4,00€ for the first 2 kilos

Additional charge: 1,50€ for each additional kilo

Inaccessible and island areas are priced at €1.70 per kilo extra instead of €1.50

(b) ACS:

Shipping cost: €2.90 for the first 2 kilos

Extra charge: €1.20 for each additional kilo

Island destinations: 3,20 for the first 2 kilos and charge: 1,30€ for each extra kilo

Inaccessible areas: 5.00 for the first 2 kilos and charge: 1.30€ for each additional kilo. In case there is an ACS office near a hard-to-reach land area, the parcel will go to the store for a simple charge and the collection will be made from there. Otherwise, there will be an arrangement with the store for its delivery.

c) BOX NOW:

Shipping cost: 2,00€

Island destinations: 2.90

ii) For orders from 50€ to 99€ and weight up to 4 kg:

Free shipping
If the weight exceeds 4 kg, there is an additional charge of €1.50 per kilo with COURIER CENTER and €1.00 per kilo with ACS for the weight difference.

iii) For orders over 100€ and weighing less than 12 kg: Free shipping!

iv) For orders over 12 kg and up to 20 kg:
Free shipping with box now
12€ with shipping and delivery to your agency

2. Delivery Time

Within Greece: Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Hard-to-reach areas: Delivery time may be extended by 1-2 additional working days.

3. Instructions for Heavy Orders or Special Areas

For orders weighing more than 12 kg or for bulky orders, the shipping cost is calculated upon request. We will contact you before shipping to let you know.

4. Pick up from the Store
   You can pick up your order free of charge from our headquarters in Nea Seleuceia, Thesprotia, upon request.
5. Overseas Shipments: We do not currently ship abroad.
