If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we are committed to:

Return costs are borne by VIOKARP only in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Packaging: Ensure that the product is properly packaged for shipment.
Shipping: Ship the product to our address: New Seleucia, Thesprotia.

Refund
The refund is made within 14 days from the date of receipt and inspection of the product. The money will be refunded via the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
